  • Current Pre-Participation Physical Exam (PPE)
  • Verified Emergency Contact Info
  • Signed Code of Conduct (athlete & guardian)

Pro Guest Trainers are pre-approved, supervised, and meet all requirements under the U.S. Soccer Safe Soccer Framework
